Keystone Support Services is a registered NDIS provider of in-home and community support. We are committed to providing culturally responsive and appropriate support services for people with disabilities in Toowoomba, Queensland. Our goal is to empower our participants and help them achieve their full potential, no matter what challenges they may face.

At Keystone Support Services, we offer a wide range of support services that are tailored to the unique needs of each participant. Our services include:
In-home Support
We provide support services in the participant’s own home such as help with household tasks, meal preparation, and general assistance with daily living activities.
Community Access & Participation
This involves support services that helps the participant be included in their community, such as assistance with social outings, and community events.
Personal Care and Hygiene
This includes assistance with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral care.
Respite Care
This is temporary care provided to give the primary caregiver a break from their caregiving responsibilities. It can be provided in the participant’s home or in a care facility.
Transport Assistance
With our transportation and travel assistance services, Keystone Support Services helps participants increase their capacity to travel independently. Personal transportation training, related aids, and equipment make up transportation support.
Life Skills Development
This includes services aimed at developing or improving skills related to daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and communication.
Behaviour Support
This refers to services aimed at addressing challenging behaviours and developing positive coping strategies, such as anger management, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
Customised Services
Keystone Support Services also offers a variety of other support services that may not be specifically listed here.
